Each country has its own traditional food as a symbol of its country. Thailand is one of the countries whose food is recognized throughout the world. Like Thai food, many foreign foods are also well-known in Thailand. In Bangkok, there are three main popular foreign foods.
First of all, it is Chinese food. Chinese has a big influence in Thailand, and its food has been in Thailand for a very long time. The tastes of Chinese food are abnormally bland and greasy. The food normally consists of noodles, Chinese herbs, and sesame oil. It is usually cooked by frying or jugging. The decorations of Chinese restaurants often use Chinese letters as a symbol, and also, Chinese songs are very unique. Inside the restaurant, there are big tables and lots of chairs, and waiters normally serve the food.
Another famous foreign food in Bangkok is Japanese food is tasty. It contains fresh stuff like vegetables and seafood. The sweetness of fresh stuff makes the food more delicious. The Japanese restaurants are normally decorated with the Japanese unique styles of painting. The tables and chairs are in Japanese styles, so people have to take their shoes off before taking a seat. The waiter serve the food in most of the restaurants, but some restaurants have buffets.
The last famous foreign food in Bangkok is Italian food. The main flavors of Italian food are mostly cheese and tomatoes, or some creamy dishes. It also contain of many kinds of pastas. The decorations of Italian restaurants are classic in European styles. The waiter serve at some restaurants and some are buffets. In conclusion, Although there are man popular foreign foods in Bangkok, Thai dishes are always the best food for Thai people in its own traditional style.
