Drinks

Nowadays, people on a diet carefully watch on the consumption of food and neglect drinks. They only care about the calories in food but are not aware of drinks which can also be harmful. There are many kinds of drinks, but they can all be classified into two categories which are healthy drinks and unhealthy drinks. The first kind of drinks is healthy drinks. Health drinks usually contain fresh stuff like fruits, vegetables, tea, or anything that contain vitamins and minerals which are good for the body. People drink healthy drinks at any occasion. Healthy drinks give people energy and make them feel fresh. They also help repair all the malfunctions inside the body. The second kind of drinks is unhealthy drinks.

Unhealthy drinks usually contain soda, alcohol, or s big amount of sugar or caffeine. People often drink unhealthy drinks in a special occasions like at parties, festivals, at celebrations, or at any fun time. Unhealthy drinks might make people feel good but only just for short period of time. They do not help repair the body, and destroy as well. In conclusion, although there are many kinds of drinks, all of them can be placed in the two categories described above.
