Nowadays, people on a diet carefully watch on the consumption of food and neglect drinks. They only care about the calories in food but are not aware of drinks which can also be harmful. There are many kinds of drinks, but they can all be classified into two categories which are healthy drinks and unhealthy drinks. The first kind of drinks is healthy drinks. Health drinks usually contain fresh stuff like fruits, vegetables, tea, or anything that contain vitamins and minerals which are good for the body. People drink healthy drinks at any occasion. Healthy drinks give people energy and make them feel fresh. They also help repair all the malfunctions inside the body. The second kind of drinks is unhealthy drinks.

Unhealthy drinks usually contain soda, alcohol, or s big amount of sugar or caffeine. People often drink unhealthy drinks in a special occasions like at parties, festivals, at celebrations, or at any fun time. Unhealthy drinks might make people feel good but only just for short period of time. They do not help repair the body, and destroy as well. In conclusion, although there are many kinds of drinks, all of them can be placed in the two categories described above.

The Three Most Popular Foreign Foods in Bangkok

Each country has its own traditional food as a symbol of its country. Thailand is one of the countries whose food is recognized throughout the world. Like Thai food, many foreign foods are also well-known in Thailand. In Bangkok, there are three main popular foreign foods.

First of all, it is Chinese food. Chinese has a big influence in Thailand, and its food has been in Thailand for a very long time. The tastes of Chinese food are abnormally bland and greasy. The food normally consists of noodles, Chinese herbs, and sesame oil. It is usually cooked by frying or jugging. The decorations of Chinese restaurants often use Chinese letters as a symbol, and also, Chinese songs are very unique. Inside the restaurant, there are big tables and lots of chairs, and waiters normally serve the food.

Another famous foreign food in Bangkok is Japanese food is tasty. It contains fresh stuff like vegetables and seafood. The sweetness of fresh stuff makes the food more delicious. The Japanese restaurants are normally decorated with the Japanese unique styles of painting. The tables and chairs are in Japanese styles, so people have to take their shoes off before taking a seat. The waiter serve the food in most of the restaurants, but some restaurants have buffets.

The last famous foreign food in Bangkok is Italian food. The main flavors of Italian food are mostly cheese and tomatoes, or some creamy dishes. It also contain of many kinds of pastas. The decorations of Italian restaurants are classic in European styles. The waiter serve at some restaurants and some are buffets. In conclusion, Although there are man popular foreign foods in Bangkok, Thai dishes are always the best food for Thai people in its own traditional style.

Clothing

Clothing is one of the most important things on people's lives. Everyone need cloths to cover up their body. Nowadays, a lot of famous clothing brands are being copied. Some are copied well, but other are not. In my opinion, it is always better to buy original clothing than counterfeit clothing for a couple reasons.

First of all, original clothing has good quality. Most of famous clothing brands do their best to produce good quality products. They select the best raw materials and manufacture them well to make their brands well-known and impress their consumers.

Secondly, it is not contrary to the laws to buy original clothing. Buying original cloth is legal, and it is the right thing to do. Everybody should consume the products which are produced legally, so that they are not at risk of being caught by the police.

People who disagree with my opinion feel that it is better to buy counterfeit clothing that original clothing. They believe that counterfeit clothing is cheap, so they can change their styles of clothing more often. Therefore, they will be in trend. However, although it is true that people can change their clothes more often if they buy counterfeit clothing, I still believe that it is not right to buy it as if the people get caught, it is just not worth it to exchange the clothes with their future.

In conclusion, it is better to buy original clothing than counterfeit clothing because original clothing has better quality, and also, it does not violate the laws.

Movie

Watching movies is one of the fun activities that people like to do when they have free time. There are many types of movies, but the three popular ones are action movies, romantic movies, and fantasy movies.

The first one is action movies. Action movies have lots of special effects. They contain lots of physical stuns and activities, possibly extended chase scenes, races, battle, martial arts, etc. The groups of people who like to watch this kind of movie are normally eighteen year old to middle ages men. This kind of movie is thrilling and is fun to watch, but most of the time is contains inappropriate contents such as rude words, drugs, and a lot rude behavior, so it is not suitable for children to watch.

The second type of movie is romantic movies. Romantic movies are often exploring the essential themes of love at first sight, obsessive love, sentimental love, forbidden love, sexual and passionate love, etc. The group of people who like to watch this kind of movie can have a big impact on people's feelings. It can either give a warm feeling of happiness or a harsh feeling of grieves.

The last one is fantasy movie. Fantasy movies often have an element of magic, myth, wonder, escapism, and the extraordinary. The group of people who like to watch this kind of movie are normally children, but there are also adults depending on the particular film. This kind of movie amazes the audiences and gives them good imaginations. In conclusion, there are many types of movies that people can watch. People should choose the best kind of movie that is suitable for them.

Causes of Broken Heart

Everybody needs love to survive. Nobody ever lives happily with out love. Just like what it is in a fairy tale, once love started, everyone wishes it will be a happy ending. However, this is the real world, and it is not always the same as it is in a tale. There are three main causes that cause people a broken heart. The first reason is different personalities. One person likes to so something another person does not like, and it can become a conflict between them. Moreover, the two might not satisfy with the person they live with, they will try to look for another person. Furthermore, they do not care about the feeling of the person who is left behind. The last reason is the distance. The longer the distance is, the more boring it will get. If a couple has not met for a long time, one person might not care while another one feels lonely. In conclusion, There are many causes that cause people a broken heart. People should live with understanding and forgiveness; otherwise, they will lode all the happiness and their concentrations on works.

The Attendance Policy of the Pre-Cllogege

The only job for students is to study, so students need to responsible to attend all the classes and be on-time. Pre-College is the place that help students to get into MUIC. However, the students do not follow the attendance policy, they will not pass Pre-College. There are a couple reason why the attendance policy of Pre-College should exist.

First of all, it helps to develop student's discipline. Having to attend all the classes, students will become more responsible. They will learn that attending every class and being on-time are good for them, as they will know what they are studying in classes and be able to do the exams.

Secondly, the attendance policy helps all teachers to follow their teaching plans. Every teacher always plans to teach their students before they go in to classes. Although there are a lot of absent students, teacher have to follow their teaching plans, so many problems will appear in the next classes. For example, students who are always absent cannot follow their classmates, so teachers have to repeat what they have already taught to absent students. As a result, all students who always study in classes will be annoyed, and the teaching process will continue slowly.

Not every one thinks the attendance policy is a good idea. Many students believe that Pre-College is only the place that teach English in the preparation for passing to MUIC. Therefore, students should come to study whenever they like, so they will not get stress from hard learning. Although it is understandable, I still believe that students who have good attendance records will have higher chance to get into MUIC because they have improved their English skills correctly, quickly, and frequently.

To sum up, although it is hard for students to study every day without missing Pre-College, the rules are made to follow, so students should follow them to succeed.

Good health

Nowadays, more people are concern about their health because they want to live long loves. However, people can have good health by are taking care of themselves. There are three main cause which can make them become healthy. The first cause is food. People should eat clean and nutritious food. Moreover, eating enough food is one of the thing which people should do as a habit. The second cause is experience. People should do exercise at least three times a week by choosing the sport that is proper for their ages. Finally, getting enough sleep is a cause of good health. If people do not get enough sleep, their body systems will work abnormally. Therefore, if they do not get enough sleep for a long time, they may become unhealthy. In conclusion, there are several cause of good health. By following these things, people will have happiness and longevity and can study or work efficiently.

Travel with Friends and Travel Alone

Many people like to travel with friend, but others prefer to travel alone. In the world, there are some kinds of people who enjoy spending time by themselves and love to be alone. However, there are some groups of people who cannot be left alone and love to be accompanied. In my own experience, I am in the second group. I do not like to go anywhere by myself. There are two ways of travelling. The first difference is sharing. Travel with friends will often be chitchat trip. Everyone could share and talk about whatever they are experiencing. Also when you get lost, you will at least have someone to find the way. Differently, travelling alone might be chance to make new friends, but you still may get a little lonely and bored. The second difference is taking photo. Travelling in groups or with friends, every one can take picture together wherever you go in order to save you memories. On the other hand, travelling alone might be a little hard and annoying when taking photos of yourself. The last difference is budget. Sharing accommodation with friends is a way of saving your money. In contrast, travelling alone will cost you a lot for accommodation, food, and transportation fees. In conclusion, I love to travel with friends, and it is much more fun. Moreover, you will have fantastic trip.

Laptop Vs Desktop

Computer are exactly necessary in the present tine and will have more influence in the coming future. They are used for storing, organizing, and finding information, doing calculations and controlling machines. Even though they are utilized for those purpose, they are two different types of computer which are suitable for each different aim. These are laptops and desktops, which are different computers in many ways.

The first difference is convenience. A laptop is convenient in term of moving. You can carry it any where easily because it does not have any wires and it is light. Contrarily, desktop has a lot of wires and it is heavy. The second dissimilarity is the usage of a laptop and desktop. Most people use a laptop for work which take people hours to do because it is easier to work with a wide screen and convenient to sit in front of the screen of a desktop for many hours. The last difference is power. People who use laptops must charge them in order to use them. On the other hand, people who use the desktops need not charge them to make them function like laptops. Finally, laptops and desktops are different in many aspects, so you should select the computer which is appropriate or correct for your purposes.

Use iWeb's Mac comment system without iweb

iweb is apple's application for easily creating good-looking web pages without much hassle. It also support the easy creation of weblogs. One of the benefits of using mac with iWeb 1.1 makes use of a mac commenting system so that resder can leave feedback directly on the weblog.

Using mac comments is much bette, IMHO, than using external commenting systems like HaloScan becausr man comments can be easily embedded directly on the entry pages. You don't have to open a new window to see the comments. Unfortunately, typically only iWeb can use the mac commenting system. If you use any other weblog creation aplication (like iblog), you are out of luck.

Or not. My friend and I did some poking around in the JavaScript of the mac commenting system and in iWeb and we figured out how the mac commenting system works. So if you publish a weblog to your iDisk using some app other stan iWeb, I've made a small (and free) utility that allows you to use mac comments with this app.

I haven't tested this one, but the ability to use Mac's comment system on non-iWeb Mac blogs could prove useful to some folks.

A laptop is a personal computer designed for mobile use and small and light. A laptop consists of most of the typical components of a desktop computer, including a display, a keyboard, a touch pad, speakers, and a battery. The components of the laptop are modified to be small and light. The rechargeable battery can stores enough energy to run the laptop for three to five hours, depending on each batteries of the computer.


Laptops were sell on market and were thought suitable for using in many organizations such as "the military. Nowadays, there are used more laptops than desktops in businesses, and laptops are becoming popular for student use and more popular for general use. Although, more laptops than desktops were sold, Desktops are still higher quality than laptops.

The Earth

The Earth is the third planet from the Sun, fifth-largest and the densest of the eight planet in the Solar. It is sometimes called the earth as the World, Blue Planet, or by its Latin name, Terra. The earth is the only place in the universe where life have been existing. The planet formed 4.54 billion years ago, and life appeared on its surface with in a billion years. Since then, Earth's biosphere has primary altered the atmosphere condition and other a biotic condition on the planet. There are aerobic organisms on land. The physical properties of the Earth as well as its geologcal history and orbit, have allowed life to live during this period.

We can see the Earth took much more than a billion to be born. Nowadays many people live on the Earth's surface do not care and realize to the Earth, and it causes our Earthg get hotter. So wo should look after our would more than ever.

Mummy

A mummy is a corpse whose skin and organs have been preserved by chemicals, extreme coldness, very low humidity, or lack of air when bodies are submerged in bogs. At the present, the oldest discovered ( naturally ) mummified human corpse was separated head. They are 6,000 years old and was found in 1936. The most famous Egyptian mummies are Seti I and Rameses II ( 13th century BC). In the earliest 13th centuries there is one of the Egyptian mummy, nicknamed 'Ginger' for its hair colour, dayes back to approximately 3300 BC.



Mummies of humans and other animals have been found all around the world. Over one million animal mummies have been found in Egypt, many of them are cats. It takes 70 days to burry them and finish doing all of their work.

Pyramids and mummies used thousands of labors, who sacrificed themselves for their Gods or their Emperors, to build and took a long time to finish. I think these things are gorgeous and marvelous. It is not right to see these as silly, terrible, or useless things because these things can tell us how powerful human were in the antiquity.

Diabetes Mellitus

Diabetes mellitus there is in a person who has a high blood sugar ( glucose ) level, because the body doesn't produce enough insulin, or because body cells don't respond properly to the insulin that is produced. Insulin is a hormone produced in the pancreas which enables body cells to absorb glucose, to adapt to energy. If the body cells do not absorb the glucose, the glucose collects in the blood ( hyperglycemia ), leading to vascular, nerve, and other organs.

There are two main types of diabetes

• Type 1 diabetes: result from the body do not produce insulin, and requires the person to inject insulin.
• Type 2 diabetes: result from insulin resistance, a condition in which cells fail to use insulin completely, sometimes combine with an insulin's failure.

Nowadays, in my opinion, diabetes is a very dangerous disease because modern people seem to be careless about their health. They eat everything they like without thinking, especially sweets. Diabetes come with the sugar that people eat, so people might get it without realizing. I think the way that people can prevent this disease is to change their eating habit; to eat healthy food substitute for sweets.
