Good health



Nowadays, more people are concern about their health because they want to live long loves. However, people can have good health by are taking care of themselves. There are three main cause which can make them become healthy. The first cause is food. People should eat clean and nutritious food. Moreover, eating enough food is one of the thing which people should do as a habit. The second cause is experience. People should do exercise at least three times a week by choosing the sport that is proper for their ages. Finally, getting enough sleep is a cause of good health. If people do not get enough sleep, their body systems will work abnormally. Therefore, if they do not get enough sleep for a long time, they may become unhealthy. In conclusion, there are several cause of good health. By following these things, people will have happiness and longevity and can study or work efficiently.
